At Noble Doxies, we are committed to raising healthy, happy, and well-socialized Dachshund puppies.
As a registered home breeder in Australia since 2015, we take great pride in the care and preparation behind every puppy we raise.
Please take a moment to review our Refund Policy, which outlines our practices and your responsibilities as a buyer.


βœ… Sales Agreement

All puppies from Noble Doxies are for sale only, not for adoption.
We expect that all buyers have carefully considered their decision before committing.
When you reserve a puppy, you are securing a life that requires long-term responsibility and commitment.


πŸ’³ Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your chosen puppy.
Once received, this deposit ensures we hold the puppy for you and remove them from availability.
Deposits are non-transferable and deducted from the total purchase price.
The balance must be paid in full before the puppy leaves our care.


πŸ” Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If Noble Doxies is unable to provide the puppy due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If the puppy is found unfit for sale by a licensed veterinarian while still in our care.

Refunds will not be issued in these situations:

  • Buyer changes their mind after placing a deposit.

  • A family member disagrees with the purchase after the transaction.

  • Buyer fails to pick up the puppy as scheduled without prior communication.

  • Housing issues, allergies, or personal schedule changes after payment.


🐾 Health Guarantee

All Noble Doxies puppies come with a limited health guarantee against serious congenital defects.
Buyers must take the puppy to a licensed vet within 72 hours of pickup.
If a life-threatening genetic condition is discovered during this window, and verified by two independent veterinarians,
we will offer a replacement puppy when available or discuss fair resolution options.


❌ Returns & Rehoming

Due to the risk of disease and stress for the puppy, we do not accept returns.
Once a puppy has left our care, it cannot be exchanged for another.
If you are unable to care for the puppy in the future, we request that you contact us first
so we may assist in finding a suitable new home through our network.
